What is polymer clay?

Thanks to its plasticity, polymer clay is ideal for molding, sculpting and creating anything you can imagine. It starts out soft and malleable, and it becomes hard and durable after baking in your oven. It is lightweight and very durable.

How long does shipping take?

If you are located in Germany, shipping usually takes 3 to 5 days (unless you request a personalised piece).

If you are located in Europe, shipping usually takes between 10 to 12 working days. Express shipping takes up to 5 days.

Returns and refunds

I am very grateful you have chosen to support my small business. I would love to help you achieve the best outcome if you are unhappy with your purchase.

If a purchased item has arrived damaged due to a fault in packaging or the courier delivery service I will happily re-send the same item in the mail at no extra cost to you. Please contact me within 5 business days of package arrival and attach an image of the damage.

Please note that some pieces are not possible to remake. In this case, I will offer you store credit to purchase any other item from my website.

If you are unhappIy with the product, but it has no demage, unfortunately there will be no refund or exchange. On the same note, used items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

What materials do I use?

All findings are nickel free. They are mostly made out of stainless steel. Some are with 14k, 18k or 24k plated gold. Please take a look at the product description.

I do not work with silver or gold.

How to take care of your new earrings?

Store your accessories in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Use of oils, creams or perfumes may affect the longevity of your accessories.

Do not wear accessories in water.

If you feel an allergic reaction, take the piece off inmediately.

How to clean your polymer piece?

To clean polymer clay accessories dust or use a soft wet cloth to clean.

For any markings/makeup use a small(tiny) amount of acetone on only light coloured clay.
